Flimsy packaging that breaks easily

There's nothing wrong with the wipes themselves. They're fine. The issue is in the packaging of the bigger pack of water wipes. The cover that should hinge open and closed is too flimsy and breaks/cracks very easily, meaning the wipes pack can't be sealed. I've attempted to communicate directly with Terra twice about this issue (on Whatsapp and emailing their support team) and have had no reply. I'm dissatisfied with the packaging and with their customer service, having spent over $100 with them on wipes.

Packaging issues

I am really excited about these wipes because they meet all my criteria: -99.7% water or higher -plant based -biodegradable -made in Australia or New Zealand I am happy to pay a premium for these criteria. However, out of the three packets I ordered, all of them arrived with a broken lid. This will compromise freshness. For something that is 4x more expensive than supermarket wipes, this really is an issue. I want to love these wipes but can't keep buying if this continues.
