Damaged twice

The boots are beautiful, but I wear size 10 and they were shoved into a box that is too small for size 10. The tops of each foot were bent and crumpled from being in a small box. The parts by my knee were bent from the small box. The company exchanged them for me, and the second pair had the exact same problem. If you get a smaller size they might be fine, but I would not get size 10.
