I can’t say enough about the customer service. Through a mixup with my which, I believe was made when I computer generated the images of the hat, I ordered navy blue but received black. West Broad went above and beyond to make it right. An amazing company to support and will be using them in the future! Also it’s hard to believe an online order “special instructions” box was actually read on my order and they completed the letters in gold as requested.
