Sleep spray!
I wasn’t sure how this was going to work but I love it! I spray on the bottom of my feet about 20-30 minutes before I am going to fall asleep. I feel like I’ve been getting much deeper sleep since I started using.

Love this spray. It’s relaxing as part of my nighttime routine. I do feel like I sleep better when I use it! Tingles on the skin when you first start using it, but goes away quickly and it doesn’t happen anymore as I’ve gotten used to it

Love the smell and high quality bottle!! I’m not sure how effectively it works for me though. I’ve used it several times, never felt a tingle, and I’m not sure I got better sleep from it. But it is nice to add to my nighttime routine!
