i ordered these bracelets for my two daughters. they are beautiful although i wish it had the option to purchase in a gold plated (i originally wanted gold but those options were way too expensive) so i opted for silver. I also wish a few more fonts were available to choose from and I really would have liked to have seen a mock-up of the name in the particular font before I purchased. other than that, they quality, packaging and customer service was excellent
