Cover is Awesome - Delivery SLOW!

I placed an order for a headcover on August 26th and did not receive it until September 17th — over three weeks later. At the time of purchase, there were no disclaimers or notices about production or shipping delays. What frustrated me most wasn’t the delay itself, but the lack of communication. I had to reach out to customer service three separate times just to get updates. The first reply was a vague “it should be arriving soon” with no tracking or explanation. A week later, after following up more firmly, I was again given no reason for the delay, just an offer of free apparel (which wasn’t what I was asking for and I didn’t accept — I simply wanted honesty about the situation). On my third attempt, I was told the products were “hopefully” arriving that week for quality control, yet even after receiving a tracking number on 9/12, it still took several more days before my order actually shipped. The product itself is great, but the process was disappointing. A brand like SWAG should hold itself to a higher standard of transparency and customer care. A simple proactive update on the order status would have gone a long way. Product is 5 stars, customer service is 1.
