Bumblebee G1 Performance Robot

Absolutely horrible experience

This has been the absolute worst experience I have had ever with ordering online. I order this unit for my son's birthday back in Aug, they ship out the bumblee but do not put proper shipping documents in and the item gets returned back to them. Robosen tells me I need to wait until the shipment returns before they send out another one. I check the status of the return and it seems to be lost in transport. Robosen still tells me I have to wait even though it is was their mistake in the first place. I finally complain to management and they end up sending another one out about 2 weeks later way passed my son's bday. We finally get it and as soon as my son turns it on to play with it, the unit is DEFECTIVE! So I have to start a brand new RMA process which I do, and it takes 2 weeks for them to get back to me (only because I had to email them constantly asking what is going on). They give me the return label, I return it with no issues, they receive the item and send one out. And guess what? They do not pack the delivery label properly again and once again it gets stopped at the border and is being returned back to them. It is October now and I ordered this in Aug!! No apologies, no responses, nothing from robosen! Beware if you are ordering from Canada, they seem to not know how to label it properly even though they provide instructions on how to do it which I have done without any issues at all. What is going on here??!! Robosen support used to be amazing with fast responses. Now they do not respond and don't even apologize for their mistakes. I will be disputing this transaction with my credit card company. Buyers beware!! Not the type of service I would expect paying the amount of money that these products cost.

So much fun!

Bee is so cute and so much fun! I am amazed at how he balances while doing actions!

Bumblebee

Little disappointed that we purchased our second Roboson item first was Optimus prime Not an issue 2nd was bumblebee which was disappointing to buy a transformer that does not transform other than that it’s great
