5’11” 165lbs and 46 y.o, usually wear medium in leggings, followed measurement instructions and sized up to large. Glad I did. I could fit a medium but then I’d be uncomfortable. They fit great, no muffin top like others have stated. High waisted, ordering the right size is key to overall Comfort. Not hard to get on at all. I have a patella injury that has stopped me from jogging, lunges and hiking. These have helped me rehab and now can walk 7k and lunge. Hoping to try my first jog in 3 weeks soon. These are thick but should be fine for 3 seasons. Perfect length on my long legs.

This is my third pair of Bracelayer compression pants. I love the waistline on the KS1and the pockets. They wash and wear great and along with my patellar braces I can play sports with minimal knee pain.
