BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I pre-ordered the motor running pants in mid January and didn’t even expect to receive my order any sooner than a month later (given I am also in the US). Love & Nostalgia kept me up to date with every update. The pants came almost exactly 1 month later. Unfortunately I am out of town and haven’t actually seen or tried on the pants yet. However, my mom opened the package and the pants came with a handwritten letter apologizing for the delay and some Australian cookies (which my mom said were to die for). I have never seen customer service like theirs before and I can almost guarantee the pants are going to be absolutely perfect once I get to try them on. Love and Nostalgia is officially my new favorite brand!
