Beautiful watch and excellent customer service

I received my customised watch today and it was on point to my specification. Communication with Vincent was impeccable and he was able to build my watch in detail and quickly too. This is now my everyday wear watch. Thank you & you’ll definitely hear from me again. He sent me the links that he removed from the bracelet and included a tool kit for future resizing.

First class service for a first class watch

I had trouble resizing the watch at first. It was completely my fault as i tried to remove the last link the in the bracelet that shouldn’t have been removed and ended up bending one of the screws. I emailed Vincent who generously said to ship it back so he can fix it for me. Within a week it was shipped to and from Sydney to Melbourne and back to Sydney all fixed. The watch itself is an amazing piece of art. I love winding the automatic NH35 watch and watching it tick away. The Seiko mariner is such a classic piece - it’s timeless beauty! The service I’ve seen with Vincent with the quick responses is on another level. He’s definitely earned my trust as a customer. Recommended my neighbour to buy his first Seiko mod and i also ended up buying my second piece immediately: a white panda Seiko Daytona. Thanks for the experience, Vincent.
