Poor quality, poor customer service. The clasp broke after 2 wears. Reached out to customer service. They said it was because it's 14k gold with thin design. They refused refund and didn't offer exchange/repair. They simply said "it can be easily fix by yourself". Seriously, with that kind of price tag, it was an disappointing experience.
