CBC 86 Gem Black Logo Raglan

Graphic is great, printing is nice. Shirt is nice quality. Order arrived after desired date but no one can control Canada Post when they're busy so really, can't blame the company for that. I ordered an XL shirt, for the length, but the body is too wide. I'm hoping to return it but I'm not going to lie, I was surprised when I reached out to customer service and was advised that I'd have to pay to ship it back and to ship the replacement shirt. I don't really have a problem with paying for shipping but I was annoyed that at no point is that mentioned on the return/refund page, which I reviewed prior to ordering. If I'd known this was going to be the procedure I would have just ordered both sizes and returned. Oh well!
