First of all I had a really really good customer service experience. I needed a new derailleur, but I wasn't sure what model I needed exactly, so I used the chatbox to speak to someone who was really helpful and friendly and really knowledgeable - I was able to get their advice based on information about my bike - they even looked stuff up for me to make sure I had found was the right one for my bike. This meant I was able to buy with confidence and they reassured me that if for some reason it was the wrong derailleur, that I could send it back for a refund. Once ordered, it came lightening fast, the next morning - I was so shocked at how fast the delivery was - the bike mechanic I took the part too - was also shocked - not only that it came so quickly, but also that Sport and Leisure had this model in stock, as he had been to his regular supplier and they didn't have it in stock.
