I had a really positive experience overall with this company. I placed my order on a Tuesday, and the very next day they reached out to let me know the wheels I originally chose were out of stock. Instead of delaying the order, they offered to upgrade my wheels at no extra charge, which I thought was incredibly kind and great customer service. They also took the time to talk with me about boot sizing to help make sure I chose the best fit. I decided on the Lunas because they are known to run a bit wider, which is what I was looking for. For reference, I wear a size 10 in running shoes (Hoka and Brooks) with a little room, and a 9 wide in Converse. Based on that, I initially ordered the 9M/10W skate. When they arrived (the following Monday!), I tried them on right away. Unfortunately, they felt too big. I knew at that size they likely wouldn’t conform properly to my foot over time. I reached out again and the owners were very helpful with setting up a size exchange. I ended up going with the 8M/9W, and they fit great. I still have a comfortable amount of room in front of my toes — not cramped, but not too much either. The upgraded wheels look and feel amazing! The only thing I would note is that if you need to do a size exchange, be prepared for return shipping costs. I paid $40 to ship them back with tracking, and according to the shipping center, that was the most affordable option available to me. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and really appreciated the personalized customer service. If you’re between sizes, definitely reach out to them — they’re very responsive and helpful.
