I normally would order a 2X but using their sizing recommendations, I ordered a 3X. There were some reviews regarding the shoulder width being to wide which I also noticed. I always consider the material that it is made out of, and I knew that this was going to shrink after the first wash despite following the cleaning instructions. The fit is better after the first wash. The shoulder width is better and the vest is a little shorter. I know this because I wore this underneath a jacket prior to wash and the vest was longer than the jacket. My concern are the adjustment straps and the waist buttons. This nice detail allows the wearer to cinch the waist tighter. The buttons are sewed in, but some appear looser than others. I'm afraid that this could fall off easily and you will lose the nice details of the side buttons and adjustment straps.

Great fit & finish

This is the first piece of men's clothing I've ordered from them. Wasn't sure how it would look for the price. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how well it fit and how durable it was. This looks great and it's a vest that I have been looking for for a long time but could never really find one that looked good, fit well and was well made for a good price.
