Travel pouch & Stress Release review

I don’t normally use this for sleep but I do work in office 5 days a week (I don’t like working from home) and I use my diffuser there every day. My co worker’s love it as well. They say the aroma flows through the office and it’s not too strong but very pleasant and gives a nice calming feeling. It does the same for me; Stress Release is my favourite and every now and then I try different scents to change it up a bit but always have Stress Release on hand!
