They were timely in getting my product to me after an initial delay. I got a little extra also. I like it when I use it. It is flavorful and I like the earthy taste.

matcha is great, packaging is horrible

I only gave 3 stars because of the absolutely horrible packaging. The matcha itself is great, but if I'm dropping close to $175 for a pound of matcha, could you at least put it in a resealable bag/container? Mine was sent in a deep and narrow foil coffee bag without even a Ziploc. It's impossible to get a measuring spoon in there without my hand being covered in matcha! If it comes in a bag like that again, I will be cancelling my subscription.
