I adore these, and the only reason I'm dropping a star is because the lavender did seem to glow like the other two colors.

PRODUCT DEFECT

I LOVE THE PRODUCTS BUT UNFORTUNATELY WHEN I TOOK THE TOP OFF EACH ONE, THE PRODUCT WAS BROKEN AND SOME WAS STUCK INSIDE THE TOP AND THE REST WAS JUST "MASHED UP". SO IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO USE. CAN I POSSIBLE GET A REPLACEMENT?
