It didn’t fully block out the noise so I heard my alarm to wake up in the morning.
It did help block out the bear that snores next to me and the cold start of my son’s truck and my other son’s motorcycle. Best sleep ever!

Work well
They work really well at blocking sound out. I think i may be wearing them wrong because they block out everything and from what I understood you should still be able to hear speech and i can't.
