Too small 3.8 x 10.5 cm

I received a ATM 1/4, not what I expected for ATM75 with Grit #140 as ordered, way too small...only 3.8 x 10.5 cm..unfortunately no measurements were provided in the products description. I haven't used it yet so maybe, even though small, a high quality product.
