Oysters made me feel ill

Honestly the shipping was super fast, the products looked great, and the fish I ordered was fresh and amazing. The oysters did give me an upset stomach as well as made me loopy. I sent a message to the customer service team and I’m still waiting to hear back. Maybe this message will get to them via the review. Shipping was very fast so that’s great.

Fresh and Tasty

I ordered oysters for a first time as I wanted wild caught oysters for health benefits. These arrived nicely frozen, I left 6 pcs in the fridge to thaw until next and rest I placed to freezer for later. Next day I enjoyed them with just a bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice. They tasted delicious and fresh.

Great customer service

I ordered the oysters for the Super Bowl, but due to weather conditions UPS could not get me the product until Monday (was supposed to arrive the Friday before). However, Oceanside guaranteed we would take the delivery no later than 3 days of ordering. When I called them they immediately said they would refund the purchase without me even asking. Their agent even tried working with UPS to set up an earlier delivery but they could not do it. Great customer service. The oyster did arrive on Monday. They were still frozen so we decided to eat them. The quality/taste was fantastic
