I have dry skin, I also shave daily which dries out my skin a lot. This usually lasts a couple months, I use it at morning and night. I've used the snail cream too. I don't notice a difference between them except this one has a texture/consistency like other face creams and absorbs quicker whereas the snail cream is slimy and makes my skin a little glowy. I prefer the snail cream more for the texture, the glow it gives and I feel like it's a little more moisturizing but that might just be speculation. I don't have wrinkles so I can't comment on the claim that this reduces them.
