Lupin Flour - 2lbs

I love this!! So great for low carb stuff. I absolutely hate almond flour and coconut flour which are used in so many keto things. This flour is perfect. NOW, I must admit that I blend it with other flours and haven’t used it 100% but it’s great in a 50/50 blend to improve macros. I make pancakes with this, greek yogurt and eggs. The kids eat them. They freeze well and are crispy when retoasted. It’s a win.

I use this and make my own breading for chicken tenders in the air fryer.. no one in the family has noticed a difference

I love the taste it's light and different . I feel no guilt eating anything I make with it.
