The down key arrived defective. I removed the keycap to inspect it and found that one of the pins was bent. I straightened it with pliers and it worked fine afterward. Please improve your quality control before shipping products

I love the design and feels so smooth every button just listens to me, the only downside I have is really just a skill issue on my part because I don’t know how to properly play on it.
