The Image transfer is not good

The text looks very nice, and the marble and wood are of good quality. However, the image does not look like the photo shown above in the product listing. The image transfer onto the marble, which has a grey and white pattern, makes the image appear dark in some spots and leaves white patches where the marble has white areas. This causes the faces to look spotted and unclear. I wish they would print a white background on the marble first and then print the image over it to reduce the marble effect.
