These really are the best pants. When my friend's pair got caught on a part of her car and she tugged, the pants won the battle and actually took off a piece of her car. That should tell you how sturdy these pants are: stronger than an automotive! But really- my coworkers and I are all field biologists and we all own multiple pairs of these pants. They are the absolute best for bushwhacking through thorns, swamps, forest, etc. I love my pink ones.

Very nice product! I would probably go up to the next size depending on what you wear. I wear size 32 but I had to adjust the bands all the way out.
