My workplace is going more business casual so I am wearing ties less often. I wasn't a fan of dress shirt collars without ties, but this solved the problem. Now my dress shirt collars do not look sloppy without a tie. Magnets are strong and no issue with magnets coming loose throughout the day.

Work like crazy
