A lot smaller than expected. No actual engraving on the bracelet, message came on a piece of paper inside the box. Trouble with shipping after I paid the extra 15$ for expedited delivery. The person I spoke to would not refund the 15$ for the three day delivery. I received it a week after the order and it was too late to ship to make it there for the actual Christmas gift it was suppose to be. Read the fine print, the company claims three days delivery. It’s three days after Fed Ex picks up from their warehouse, and even then it was more than three days.

My daughter loved it but wished it would be adjustable, she has very thin wrists.
