I have used this product before, from a different company. I like Ashwagandha overall, and especially like this one from Elderberry Co. I take it in the morning to help me remain calm during work. I haven't tried it at night though I'm sure it would help someone sleep easier. I feel that this product produces excellent results and will continue to use it.
