Brown Butter Peanut Brittle

mmmmmm...peanut brittle...

So, I adore peanut brittle. I adore the holidays (at least in part) because peanut brittle is widely available. While I have not yet sacrificed a tooth for peanut brittle, I'd consider the trade. The crunch of sugar and peanuts is just hard to beat. So, since I already love everything that we buy from The Chocolate Season, I decided to add peanut brittle to our last order. It turns out this may have been a mistake because this is the best peanut brittle I have ever had. So now, I only love THIS peanut brittle. I will order more...probably lots more. You should too.
