Great quality, service not up to par.

Very nice product quality, top of the line. Shipping, smooth and easy. Unfortunately, production times remain an issue, despite the efforts that were made in the past. What was supposed to be a 6-8 week wating period turned out to be 3 months. On top of that, one item was missing and took an extra month to manufacture and ship. It was supposed to be a birthday gift, but it missed the party… The building instructions could be more specific, given the range of different risers.

Great product slow delivery.

As always the product was great, amazing quality and everything arrived well packaged. My only issue is the instructions available are to generic for the differences between the products. I could also be too silly to understand them, I managed to build the product but at my own trial and error not thanks to the instructions. Delivery times are also really slow, it says 6-8 weeks took nearly 12 for mine.
