Goorin Bros Charlestowne Wool Fedora Hat — Navy

I’ve yet to receive my order. They claim it was sent to the address on the order. However, the confirm/tracking reflected a non existent address. This has been going on for two weeks and the package has been tracked all over the country. They can clearly see it’s lost. However, I just keep getting the same response that a refund will be given when they receive it back. Sounds like a credit dispute forthcoming. It’s unfortunate, as the hat looks great. Disappointing.
