Pros: This thing is built like a tank. Everyone in the family has been using it daily with no issues. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. Emails were returned quickly (by the VP of sales). I love the adjustable magnetic resistance. It's very easy to simulate uphill climbs. Very stable, quiet and smooth operation. Cons: Assembly was a little challenging but should not be an issue if you're mechanically inclined (having an additional person to help is HIGHLY recommended). A plastic trim piece rubbed against the belt which required light modification to its placement.

Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I gave it four instead of five stars because the treadmill does not seem to be properly lubricated, which causes squeaking during use. The installation is also challenging if you have no prior experience with such tasks, although it can still be assembled by one person with sufficient time and patience. I enjoy using it and would recommend it.

This has been a wonderful addition to our fitness room! It’s the perfect piece of equipment for our entire family, including both teenagers and adults. We also can’t say enough about the customer service. We had a few minor challenges getting it set up, but the support team was incredibly responsive and helped us resolve everything quickly. Highly recommend!
