Boos Block R03 Maple Cutting Board, 20" x 15" x 1.5"

Awesome but…

It’s awesome. Hefty, well crafted. Loses one star because I imagined thag it would be a little more refined. There are some inconsistencies in the surface of the board where wood planks are not at the same level creating a tangible divot where the knife can’t go. Along with that, the handles on the sides are kind of uneven, which doesn’t matter much, but it kind of weird. All in all, I don’t think I will be concerned with these minor things a year from now, or five, or ten years.
