Perfect mid week meal, these are incredible. Easy heat in oven, and comes out super crunchy crumb & oh so tender chicken - Yum!

I don't even like schnitzel...

We had this for lunch at work. Everyone loved it. Kept saying how succulent the chicken was. I don't love schnitzel and I prefer chicken thigh over chicken breast but I relented and I have to say, I've never had such a tender schnitzel. I don't even think it's fair to call it a snitzel. It's a delicious crumbed chicken delight.
