The Chop’s Power Injector is great for cutting your injector time down as well as injecting a lot more of the meat. It held its pressure fine. My only complaint is the plastic nuts the needles go into. They’re too weak and flimsy so you have to be careful when injecting so you don’t break them or tear the needles out. Saying that, I still am very happy I bought it!

Looks like an awesome brine pump, cant wait to use it .

I have not had the chance to use this little beast yet but I have ran through it and gave it a good check and got it sanitized. It is going to be a game changer when doing large proteins!!
