great adjustable smoking tool! Worked great on cold smoking some hamburger patties (38-40 degrees outside) for an hour or so then grilled slow. Turned out creating awesome smoked burgers!! So simple to adjust for short or longer smoke times and really puts out the smoke for its size! Worked great also while grilling, gotta try cold smoking other meats! Would suggest tool for any type smoking - thank you!

Game changer!

Used it the first time last weekend. I cold smoked some mozzarella cheese and it came out awesome!. Filled the tube 3/4 full of pellets, lit on the end with my torch. Blew out fire in about 10 minutes and the smoking began! I believe it burned over 5 hours. Can wait to use it again!
