These have both great support and cushion. I love that they now offer one without the hole in it. The only way to improve these is to offer one that's twice as thick/steep so your hips are higher and one that's smaller so it's more portable. I have four and don't go anywhere without one.

No cutout

I use on a leather recliner. By Using it, I was sore - i then realized they is no cut out for your tailbone. I now use cushion- by not placing the wedge all the way to back of chair. I leave about an inch so my tailbone doesn’t touch wedge.
