I purchased two different pairs of heels. As soon as I saw them I knew they were too small. The heels are not turn to size in my opinion you have to size up. But they are beautiful heels

Size chart is not right at all I wear a us 8 so I ordered a size nine because the chart says go up one whole size. Should’ve said go up 2 whole sizes now my birthday is ruined and I have to pay to return them just to get a store credit can’t even exchange wait for the credit then reorder then pay for shipping again. Because it cost to send back. SMH not happy about any of this.
