Too small, that should be stated on the advert, I bought one and didn’t fit, I order another two sizes more than my size to use it as overcoat, still just fit me without any extra clothing

The waterproofing fabric on the outside is very smooth with a nice layer of insulation inside the jacket. Very comfortable jacket!
