Nice Case, wrong size, expensive returns process

Having had a couple of Nomad cases previously, with a new phone coming, I ordered one ready for my new phone arriving. Unfortunately the phone model was changing, so I contacted Nomad to return the case. The returns process was straightforward, until the returns address appeared - an address in the Republic of Ireland, so left me needing to pay customs duty on the return as the case wasn't manufactured in the Republic. A returns address in Northern Ireland would avoid that problem and be accessible to both EU and UK customers. Sadly will not be buying direct from Nomad again, and bought a case from a manufacturer with a proper UK returns procedure.

I bought this case and the Clear Leather case in rustic brown for my new iPhone 18 Pro Max. As with all Nomad cases that I have bought over the years for my iPhone and iPad, love them! The quality of both is fabulous and my phone looks stunning with either one - I interchange them often for variety!

I have been buying nomad iPhone cases since 2019, one year after switching from android. Each time I upgrade to the new iPhone I tell myself that, maybe the competition has gotten better for leather cases and each time I end up returning the other cases and keeping the nomad case. This time, I skipped all that and spent the money on the limited edition burgundy leather case. No regrets. The color goes well with the black iPhone. It looks professional. Most importantly, it protects your $1500 iPhone. TLDR. Nomads modern leather case is the best option when it comes to a solid, well built, high quality leather case.
