The bit is exactly as pictured and described. We are currently playing around with a few different bits, but my horse was completely content to jump in this one. While the bits are great, the customer service is wonderful. I had originally ordered the universal Julia with the baby fulmer cheek pieces, but too many orders had come in. Customer service immediately contacted me and we decided to try the same bit without the baby fulmer. They didn’t charge me the difference for the bit, they were courteous, and prompt in catching the problem. This is a great company to order from that also provides a high quality product.
