Ordered two different custom stoles, a total of 25 items. The custom ordering menus and choices were very clear, easy to understand, it was so great to be able to see the choices updated on the stole in real time. The entire order shipped in just a few days after submitting the order, and then arrived just a few days after that. From submission to being received was only one week. Both custom items were exactly what were input on the website. We had three separate logos/typface embroidered on each stole, and all three looked exactly as submitted. The colors of the stoles matched up with what was online, so it all looked exactly as expected. The only thing I was concerned with was that the stoles were a little shorter than what I was anticipating, so next time we will order longer ones. Our students loved the stoles and we will be purchasing again for next year’s graduates as well.
