Anticipation was high but the smell of real timber was higher!
Bought the Assergi as a gift and had to get one for my partner as he would not stop talking about the work these boys do and couldn’t be happier. The quality is top notch you can tell it’s been made with real care and proper craftsmanship. It’s solid, has a beautiful grain, and feels like it’ll last for generations.
The grooves are a game changer, catches all the brisket juice and roast drippings without making a mess. Bloody phenomenal for slicing up a roast or carving meat straight off the smoker. Plus, it looks flash on the kitchen bench, got that proper Aussie hardwood feel.
Turnaround was quick, packaged well, and came exactly as shown. Highly recommend JAM Timber Co, will definitely be back for more!
