Richard sent out 'magic potion ' and ' clown ' isopods, very nicely packaged and labelled. Unfortunately, Royal Mail messed up delivery, and they didn't arrive on time. Richard's communication throughout was very good, and I only had one casualty. This was not Richard's fault, and I would definitely buy from again.
