Great for the knees! Not as great for my bunion
Overall I love them! I switched to dance workouts from jogging (so much more fun!), bit spins hurt my knee injury. These are so easy to spin in, and bit more sneakers squeaking! I only wish I knew how narrow they were (for my wide feet), and al have a bunion on one foot that it does irritate. I’ll be okay wearing these shoes without socks, and ONLY indoors for my workouts.
