Product not as shown and no response from customer service

Product not as shown. OBRIAN website graphics for 2024 are what is depicted on website but I can only assume I paid for 2024 and was shipped last year's model. I wrote an email within 12 hours of receiving the product and now over a week without a response. Very disappointing.
