Well for starters easy to order and faster shipping than I ever imagined. Then they was packaged very good and pretty easy instructions putting them up I put up by my self. Then the wall controller is very easy to use and then I got the hub and downloaded the app and I set the time to open and close. It keeps my house so much cooler and now I can watch tv without sun blinding me. Ive already used went up and down about 50 times and still on 1st charge. Very impressed with these and the price is very reasonable. I wasn't sure on what to order exactly so I call them and they walked me thur it and I got everything right the 1st time a must order
