It took a while to get my hanging chair delivered due to UPS mix up and no fault of Outdoor-USA, but the chair is better than I expected. Unique design and qulaity hardwood and cushions. Outdoor-USA staff was great in contacting me following up in making sure I had my chair delivered. Cant say enough good things of their customer service. Would do it again.
