Suganda Mantri | Incense by Shroff Channabasappa

Very, very, subtle.

I bought the 25g packet, I don't know if they've changed the incense or just the packet, but this is a very slight scent. It's a thick stick, so I was expecting more of an experience, but I was slightly disappointed. I can smell the woody notes, nice and earthy, but not too much else. It has a good long burn time but I'm left a little underwhelmed.

Another Shroff Masterpiece

This review is for the 50g edition of Suganda Mantri. Long ago it was my favourite Shroff burn and, delightfully, I find today's version has held up very well. It is a sultry floral with a background that I could not possibly identify, there being so many complex ingredients in this stick. Probably woody elements that enhance and balance the whole experience. The inner packet is drenched with oils and the stick is lovely and soft. A beautiful creation from Shroff.
